Shipping the vette..
We're moving from Texas to Florida in a couple weeks. Part of the relo package includes shipping my car. Shipper already knows that I need a flatbed and I'll be doing a closed truck so the car isn't pelted with highway stones.
Any other tips for shipping the car? Anything special that I need to do? How should the shipper tie the car down? I'm sure they know what to do but I just want to keep an eye out.

Had my 69' shipped from MD to IL and they brough the wrong kiind of moving van. It was big enough but it was too high to drive the car into. They had to get a flatbed out, get the car on the flatbed, then drive it into the moving van.
