So i just procured a subwoofer set up in the trunk. I expected some rattling.....but not something equal to a space shuttle launch. The trunk lid is rattling like a pissed snake.
It's bad enough to hear in the cabin, not to mention how fearfull I am of it wearing the contact points for the hinges. I know materials like dynomat absorb/ reflect sound resonance, but would dynamat help something on such a big flat plane? If not what can I do?
