Hey gang A girl at my work just stole a 98 $13ks what A car. The air was just serviced (last season)and its cutting in and out any ideas?? also she says shifting out of third it acted like it hit the rev limiter but then when she shifted it still shuttered , any ideas (still on the rev lim chip she was going really fast)?

Was she WOT when the rev limiter hit? If so, she might want to take it a bit easier until she learns a bit more about the car. If she wasn't WOT then it sounds like she needs to check her codes and go from there. As for the A/C problem, it sounds like a low coolant situation, but I'd have a shop check it and maybe put some dye in the system to check for slow leaks.
