Look into the Nitto Invos, I have them on my car and I really like them, I was thinking about the PS2s but they were almost double the price. The Nittos are very quiet and they hook up awsome, plus the have a cool tread pattern. They are great at 150mph +. Hope this helps you!
You're going to get a lot of varying opinions here, and what you need sort of depends on how you drive...
I ditched the runflats for General Exclaim UHP's,but my Vette's a Daily Driver, with some spirited mountain road driving on the weekends, and pretty much warm temps.
The Generals are just fine for what I use them for (in fact far better than I expected for the price),but they may not be what YOU need.
I plan using the car for a daily driver in the nice weather and it will stay in the garage during the winter (live in NY). I do not plan on going around curves at 100mph and I just want a good inexpensive tire. Also do you guys think $13,500 for a loaded 2000 with 60,000 miles is a good deal?

I'm currently running the Nitto 555 extremes. Over 30,000 miles and going strong. They Wear well, handle well, and compared to the runflats they replaced, are very quiet. And the price was right! The Invo's will be my next set of tires, if I can ever get these to wear out!

Good reviews, BEST price, ride & look great. Very satisfied customer. Bob
I had the Nitto 555 Extremes on the front of my Vette for 20k and you could hardly tell they had any wear, for a daily driver that will not see the track these are a good option, I also like the KDWs I have on our C6 that is a daily driver, now with that being said on the C6 I am going wider in the rear so it will be Hankooks when the KDWs wear out, lots of good choices in non run-flats out there to choose from
Just put the General UHP's on my mom's 2002. Holy cow what a wonderful difference. They are much quieter, ride more softly, don't follow the road grooves and look pretty good. As long as you don't plan on autocrossing or doing many aggressive track days they should work great for you.
As far as a shop I sent her to Discount Tire. They will honor any quote or price that you bring in...period. Took in the tirerack.com print out of rubber plus shipping...done. Installed on the car for just under $750 I believe. Plus she has a brick and mortar to go back to if there are any issues!
