Stumbled across a perfect 1999 red Corvette. Seller has only 25000 kms (15000 miles). Car is mint, mint, mint. Has glass roof, magnetic suspension,Flowmaster exhaust,6 speed. I think I could get it for $20k Canadian. What is it worth? I was really looking for a c6, but this car is sweet. Original window sicker says $58000 (Cdn)

The average selling price for a C5 in Canada with those miles in triple mint conditionin will be around the high 20's low 30's. In some cases people ask even more then this but they usually don't get it.
If you can get it for that price or lower, your laughing!

Corvettes are worth so much more in Canada compared to the US. I'm pretty sure it's worth upwards of 25K in that condition. Actually, if it is certified as a Canadian car it may be worth more. US imports into Canada always fetch 3k - 4K less.

Not familiar with going prices in Canada, but sounds like a very nice car. Good luck if you try to make the purchase.

Wow.....I'm surprised at the differences in prices between US and Canada. Sounds like a nice vette. Hope you get it for the price you want.

People here still think the C5 is worth a mint. There are plenty of C5's (all years) in mint shape selling in the 30g's and above. Because of our harsh winters, vettes and other sports cars are only driven 6 months or less out of the year. This means a lot of the cars have low miles compared to the states. This fact alone helps with resale value, but its still pretty extreme
