Can anyone fill me in on tuners. I am new to this Vette stuff, and really am not sure exactly what and how these work.
What exactly is a tuner? Who would want one? Is this for stock Vettes, and if so, is it a DIY or needs to be done by a professional? Don't feel like you have to be too specific, just a general idea. I see these on the forum for sale and just wanted to know. Thanks

another "tuner" is the company or technician that you pull your computer out of your car and send to so that they can do the same thing for you. only better.
that's pretty general.
