Factory Seat covers interchangeable?

Default Factory Seat covers interchangeable?
I, like a lot of folks have worn my driver seat out in places, I have also been able to find another passenger seat cover that is not worn. Are the seat covers interchangeable (passenger seat cover work on driver side)? I figured that there aren't any levers on the side bolsters so they should work. What do you think?

No because if you look at yours, they have the felt like cloth in the middle by the center console.

Thanks, I had not noticed that.

I wonder if the individual seat panels can be removed and use them to replace the worn ones that I already have...
