Default Replica 18x10.5 Wheels

I'm thinking of moving my rear 18x9.5 wheels to the front and buying new replica 18x10.5 wheels for the rear.

I'd probably go with a 275/30-18 tires on the front and either 305/35-18 or 315/35-18 on the rear.

oewheelsllc and some other suppliers sell replica wheels in the brushed/gunmetal finish I currently have.

Not sure if the photo is viewable for those of you not in facebook.

Has anybody else done this? How close in appearance are the replica wheels? Does it look bad? Can you use the stock center caps?

Here they are. They are thin spoke's with Nitto 555r 305/35/18. I'll get pictures of the wheels tomorrow. I dont know who they are made by. They are stamped MADE IN THE USA! The wheels look great.

I found a 10.5" wheel that looks pretty close to the ones I have.

looks great!

where did you buy the replica wheels from? can you tell the front and rear wheels weren't made by the same company?

nice tires too. I have the 555's, but would rather have the 555R's or Kumho Ecsta V710. Did you get the 555R Drag Radial or II Extreme?

Not sure where they came from. Only markings on them are 18x10.5 Made in the US and JAN 0210. They shine alot more than the fronts. I have to make sure I keep the fronts clean.

I couldn't find anything in a 18x10.5 that matched my current wheels, so I got a complete set.

I got 18x10.5 for the rear and 17x9.5 for the front. The wheels were $566 after shipping from OEWHEELSLLC. They look very similar to the stock C5 wheels, but not exactly the same.

I ordered new tires to match. I got (2) Nitto NT05 275/40ZR17 and (2) Nitto NT05 295/35ZR18. I probably would have gone with 265's in the front, but Nitto doesn't make that size in the NT05. I paid $766 for all four from Discount Tire Direct.

$1332 total for both wheels and tires. Not bad considering just tires for a newer pickup would usually cost more.
