Key Fob Starting Question ??

What would it take to make a C5 like the C6 with the Push Button
start and Key Less system or can this be done at all ??

That Digital Guard Dawg one looks pretty neat. There was a long thread in the tech section a while ago that talked about what it would take to convert a c5 to push-button start. I'm not sure if the convenience is really worth the hassle (plus now you have to carry the guarddawg keyfob and the vette unlock/lock fob) but it definitely looks neat.

Sure, do a hatchet job on a C5 electrical system for this silly idea and watch the insanity start with all the electrical issues when these guys start to hack their cars up just to press a button. Should be amusing.
