Take it to a good shop and have them hook the car up and see if things are set properly. If you drive conservatively, no way you should see such low mpg figures.

Either of those faults would cause the comm failure, were they all "H"s?

Does the passenger window down switch work?

Yes it has an interesting oil pan too.

Not sure why you think its low on 134a?

How are you determining your fuel mileage?

What is it that indicates to you you're not feeling 300ish HP? (350 HP/375 TQ)

all except actuator code.

Oil pan? why oil pan?

I did some homework and some said having the vette low on 134a could cause that code...I am new to performance cars..so I believe what I see frequently on forums

I reset the DIY average mpg and now going from that...at the same time I am watching it out manually..till next fill up

I test drove 04 C5 and that one felt much faster and 0-120 was in an eye blink...as for mine 0-60 is around 4 to 5 and 0-100 is around 11 or 12...I haven't dyno the car...it is on my to do list after reflashing Ecu to stock...is that right order? reflash then dyno or other way around??

I appreciate all your helps! I already feel welcomed here!

Oh the oil pan is shaped like a bat wing... unlike standard V8 oil pans. To drain oil the vehicle must be level.

I presume you cleared the codes once you got them written down? If not do so then monitor to see which one comes back.

Clear codes? I will do it and then try my 0-60 and 0-100 in straight line...I will post the numbers so see if performance is what this yellow bird is lacking!

BTW I'm sure you are familiar with the rules, so these tall MPH numbers should be on a track not public roads. That is frowned upon.

One wonders what your MPG is at cruise, 65 on the highway. Viewing instantaneous.

What tires do you have on it?

There is a vacant runway by my house, I got about 1.5 miles of straight runway! Nice

The codes are clear and no of them are back! I get about 27 inst mpg at 65! I reset the avrg mpg on fill up and it started from 23 and now it is at 19.5 and going down!

This yellow bird got much more power under his wings, but I think i need to tune it to reach those ponnies and tq! whenever I floor the pedal for few seconds the mpg goes down immediately and never come up! even in 6th gear for 10 mins!

Tires I got f1 tires I believe and presures are good according to dash reader! Man if a tank lasts me a week or more I would be happy! economy is tought in cali!

The window sticker for 2001 is 19 city 28 highway. Seems like your getting exactly what it is suppose to get. I run in the 18's for city then move to 26-29 depending on the highway.

Use instantaneous MPG. Disregard when coasting.

Joe is right too, down shifting will decrease your MPGs.
