Default Z06 pics

Been a member for a little while finally got me a 01 Targa Z06 couple months back. I didnt care for the wheels on the car when i got it so i didnt want to put up any pics till i had some better wheels on the car. Found the wheels i've been looking for and finally putting up some pics. Enjoy ( i know it needs to be lowered more which im working on soon)
BTW: its cobra4b's old targa Z06

Looks good man. I got the same car just have chrome plated replica z06 w/ rivet wheels on it. You should definetly lower it it will complete the look.

Default Custom???

I assume this is a custom conversion as there were no factory Z06 targa tops. Please fill in some of the history.

yes custom conversion by previous owner. the purpose of doing it to a Z06 is to have something unique that not alot of people have and its nice to take the top off on a nice day and have a Z06 at the same time

I've seen that car before. It's a high end custom conversion that does not affect the structural integrity. It was for sale for quite a while on Z06vette.com. It's a Ford color-Screaming Yellow. That car has spent a pretty fair amount of it's life on a track.

they are HRE 547r's in 19x9 and 20x10 with pretty much brand new tires the wheels are pretty much perfect as the previous owner only put 5k or so miles on the car in 3 years then he sold the car i paid 2900 for them

I like it...Certainly a conversation starter for Vette lovers. Since you live in VA, I hope the Targa top has no leaks.

I remember when Cobra chronicled the targa retro with pics here on the forum. It was allot of work and done right. Nice car and nice wheels. A little too big for my tastes, but HRE are second to none.

MTPZo6, that will NEVER happen. Constant negative and rude opinions from imavettegirl. Sorry, couldnt bite my tongue this time.

BTW, your car looks great. I miss the targa top often. You have the best of both worlds
