A Sheboygan woman was seriously injured in a rollover crash Sunday night in the Town of Sheboygan.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, the accident happened about 10 p.m., when a 2001 Corvette driven by Mark ??, 56, of Sheboygan, was northbound on Highway Y north of Highway O.
?? lost control of his car, which started to spin, then left the road and rolled over, coming to rest on its roof, said Sgt. Brad Seymour of the State Patrol.
?? was not injured, but passenger Lisa A. ??, 48, had to be extricated using the Jaws of Life and was flighted to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah.
Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the crash, Seymour said, and the investigation into the crash continues.
I don't drink alcohol as a matter of choice but I had a heart attack several years ago and my cardiologist said I should drink ONE glass of red wine with my evening meal. That's all for me. No one in his right mind should ever get behind the wheel after having "a few," but you see it time and time again in the news about someone killing someone else and the drunk driver almost always survives.
Drinking and driving any kind of vehicle is bad! Not just Vettes!

Pretty well sums it up,,,,hope the lady recovers!! So often the others get hurt or killed while the drunk escapes. Her judgment wasn't too good getting in with a driver that had been drinking though!! Two wrongs don't make a right!!

I do the same thing except with one bottle of beer. It's been a while, so I guess I'll catch up Friday.

Nobody mentioned anything about the lady drinking.Remember the first thing to GO when you drink is your JUDGEMENT.Maybe thats why she was in the car.Still no excuse for the driver.
I can't begin to tell you the number of times I made DUI arrests over the years where there was a sober passenger in the vehicle. I never understood how they could let someone who was impaired get behind the wheel, but it happened all the time. Unfortunately, some of them paid with their lives.
funny it says is believe it's alcohol related. nice loop hole
but there is a difference with drinking and driving and driving drunk.
I know many will disagree
