I own a C4 (1996) for eight years and drive fifty miles a day, seven days a week. Point being.....many and often oil changes. Its like clockwork, every other month and about 30-45 minutes, its time again.
Recently purchased a C5 (2000) and also purchased a set of Race Ramps. The oil change time was cut in half thanks to the Race Ramps.
Never had that much room to work, they are great.
I've been making my own ramps but still need to perfect the layout of mine...raceramps are very expensive and w/my aci lip not sure if i can even get it on them....every oil change is a feat of engineering and tweaking my homebuilt ramps.

Race Ramps Xtenders supplement our already low angle of approach to a mere 6 degrees.
Of course all of the other benefits like light weight, and no-slip, which we are noted for.

Made my ramps myself using 2x12 pressure treated lumber and made mine long enough to get the whole car up on the bottom one. Made them for less than $150 including lumber, screws and glue. Will include some pics when I get home from work if anyone is interested in them.
