Removal can be done with a a standard 3 prong puller. Just make sure to put a socket or extension in the pulley to protect the threads on your crank.
Reinstalling takes a bolt longer than stock to get the pulley most of the way on. Napa has them for about $6.... P# 2801-225 and grab a couple of 30 cent washers P# 8071-035B. Once you get it most of the way on you can put the new bolt on to pull it the rest of the way and torque to spec.
