Default Which shocks to use?

2003 Z06.
Should I replace OEM with 2004 Z06 OEM or C6 Z06 OEM?

If you are going to go with a GM product, I believe the C6 Z06 shock is your best bang for the buck. The 2004 Z06 shocks are more expensive, without any really significant difference. I personally believe the price of the 04' z shocks is probably a result of a lot of market hype, since that was the year GM got the shocks right for the Zo6. I'm changing my shocks soon as well, but I'm going with a set of Bilstein sports; relatively inexpensive and supposed to be a GREAT upgrade for the money.

I have valving curves for both the 04Z shocks and the Bilstein Sports and there is virturally no difference between them. FWIW So, considering the cost between the two the Bilstein Sports get the nod.
