I love my rims - Damani 19" - they are getting to where I am thinking of getting them rechromed but don't know if it is worth spending $1000 to $1200 to do. Can't seem to find these rims on any site. I was told by the original owner that they cost him $1000 each when new. Really need an expert opinion on this.

If you really want chrome it will be pricey. I would suggest to do color chrome but not very many places offer it...another option would be powder coating a different color. If it's a big operation they can off all sorts of colors, and one even close to chrome...something to think about.
If you find a place that re-chromes wheels east of the mississippi, let me know where.

do a google search for locations in south florida (there are several in the miami-ft lauderdale area) that do great work. another suggestion, check with some of your local motorcycle guys. they take no prisoners when it comes to the chrome on their bikes and they usually know the absolute best place or places to use for their services.

Nice looking wheels. I like the chrome look, so I'd recommend just getting them rechromed - there are a number of good chrome shops out there. Here are a few:
• Wheel Techniques, Santa Clara, CA
• HubCap and Wheel Store, St. Charles Rock Road, St. Charles, MO 314-291-5101
• California Chrome Wheel Inc (www.calchrome.com) 28315 Constellation Road, Valencia, CA 91355
