I had them on my old Mustang. I lost the key, and I almost broke my knuckle trying get one of the locks off. I almost fainted because it hurt so damn bad. I will not get locks for my wheels ever again. Good luck finding a set you like.

Think about this for a second.............

Yes, I understand this is a big world, but in 7 very late night hours 5 people (who list their location and post photos of their cars) have admitted to the "world" that they do not protect the easiet thing on their cars to steal.

LMFAO

Just for grins, How many people leave their cars unlocked with the keys laying on the seat????
Please include your address to save time. Thx

In my neck of the woods they don't mess with just stealing tires and wheels, they steal the whole car. They can do this faster than removing 4 tires.

I see no reason to "buy" locks when I have ZERO deductible on my car insurance. I would rather get a new set then to drive off with only the "locks" holding the wheel on because they could not get them off!

interesting, as that is exactly (although not with locks) what happened to our "family" car. my wife drives our hemi magnum daily, and someone in the middle of the previous night had try to boost the wheels, but was unable (or was scared off) without being successful. one of the wheels was barely held on by 1 lugnut and when it was all said and done fortunately all that happened was it ruined the mounting holes on that one wheel by elongating them. i did go out and get two sets of gorilla locks and put 2 each on each wheel insuring that if it happened again, at least the wheels would be held on reasonably. it could have turned out a whole lot worse and i wish in hindsight, that they had been successful because at least that way, the car couldn't have been driven in an unsafe manner. (if you think you would be different, think about the last time you or your wife checked for lugnuts before starting out on your daily commute).

I wonder why C6's don't come from the factory with wheel locks? And no, I didn't steal my C6 rims.

jbondfl:
FYI: My C5 is stowed every night in an alarmed, locked and attached garage with a well armed gun owner sleeping twenty feet away. Go ahead try to steal my wheels....

I'd likely drop'em dead before they got the wrench on the first lugnut or my german shepard would get them before I could get a sight on them.
