Just wish firms could use just a little more quality control BEFORE sending out products.

Why is there always enough time to do it over, but never enough time to do it right the first time?
As a Lloyd's dealer, they generally get it right. No explanation as to how it happened in the first place, how it got through inspection, or how the vendor you bought this from let it go....unless no one ever looked at it. Did you have these drop shipped directly from Lloyd's?
The worst part about it is, several people sign off on the Lloyd Mats as they are being produced along with a final quality check. We have had this happen a few times with them, but they do fix it quickly.

Yup, Gene is correct...the tags on mine had a bunch of initials here and there clearly related to inspections...
