hood vent screens...
I have an aci high rise hood on my 2000 Vette and would like to put
hood screens on either side of the center cowl.
I'm thinking about using DB9 screens from an Aston Martin.
Can anyone suggest where I can get a good buy on these screens ?
If anyone has put screens in a hood, any advice you can pass on ?

i made my own for my RK Sport ram air hood
i had Racemesh cut me a black powder coated section to size i needed and installed them in the hood. They match the front screens and turned out perfect.

How do I contact Racemesh ?
LRed C6....that is close to what I was thinking ala DB9 ( if I don't go with my bell design)
I would have to put the screens more toward the nose due to the location where you have them would require me to cut into the hood bracing and the hood is flimsey enough.
I like what you did very much.
