Did my seat this weekend with the instructions contained in the thread attached. Every one of my fingertips was bloody after sanding the damn washers. My advice....buy narrower washers (if possible) than those recommended!!!!
Took the opportunity to beef up the bottom side bolsters, with additional foam, while we had it apart. I bit tricky due to the way the seat cushion is molded, but well worth the effort. Feels like a new (better) seat...
