Default 2004 value

I'm sure about the value of this car, but I bought a bone stock 6800 mile Spiral Grey Auto for $25,000. One owner car. It is perfect.

Assuming the original owner purchased the car new at $50K, it cost him $3.68 per mile to own/drive that Corvette!

Proof again that you need to drive it like ya stole it!

I would think the right buyer would pay somewhere close to 33K for that car. Unusual color combo and you sure can't shop around and find another one. JMO.

It's certainly a well optioned and fairly unique car due to the miles.
That color combo is not for me.
Interesting posts so far.
Somewhere between the 25 and 33 as stated above.
Other than the six speed, it's not much different than the one the person paid 25k for.

I'd say that car was very well bought. You'd have a hard time finding another 6800 mile car for 25K around here.

Ditto And I plugged in the numbers for 61,000 miles, took a second look to realize he had indicated "61" miles. That would a be a wonderful buy.

NADA Pricing guide my area 61 miles & magnetic ride: Clean trade in $28,050, Clean retail $32,075

My understanding is used car pricing depends a lot on what financial institutions are willing to loan on a vehicle with a typical 10% down payment.

Any car that has been driven only 61 miles in 7 years would scare the hell out of me if I intended to actually start driving it!

My son was a heavy line Mr Goodwrench mechanic for 10 years and now he has been with Mercedes for the last 10 and he has told me about the huge myriad of problems they run into with cars that sat to long or were driven too infrequently.

61 miles cannot be a big positive in my mind and could potentially be a nightmare down the road unless the new buyer didn't ever intend to drive it either.
