-electrical tape, or even a think pinstripe, something thatll curve with the bumper lines
-painters tape, newspaper, tarps etc...
-sand paper, i think i used 200 grit, just enough to rough up the old clear coat
-1 can of black primer, i used rustoleum
-1 can of flat black rustoleum paint, i bought 2 cans incase, only used one
use the paint exactly as instructed and u wont have any problems
took about 3 hours including a trip to the hardware store for supplies
to the guy that asked what was needed. I'd highly rec against 200 grit sand paper. It may turn out ok but it is waaaayy more aggressive than you need. Use like 600-1000 ... get it from ACE..Home Depot and Lowes most likely won't have it.
