!! We are two full sized adults, I'm 6'2" 245,,and we have a 2000 FRC,,and use soft bags and pack every inch and nook and cranny with NO problems!! I think the gross vehicle weight ratings are always on the very conservative side,,to avoid problems!!Unless she is including the weights from your work out room,,,load space will be your limiting factor.Don't think you can overload with cloths,,unless you have lead lined luggage!! These are great road cars for travel

but yes just as itzza427 said if you use soft bags and pack it all up you should perfectly fine!

Unless you have some incredibly heavy luggage and clothes, just pile the stuff in. You shouldn't have any problems with the weight, just the space.
