Unfortunately, I heard that Wayne (Mike) passed away in December. I posted up in the In Memoriam section of the forum, but wanted to share this sad news here as well given the messages of support to him and his family.
No better way to say it than in his own words...
anyway, enjoy every day with your family and don't forget to "drive it like you stole it", and "save the wave".

Very sorry to hear the sad news. My condolences goes out to Waynes family and I know words alone can not heal the heart. But time will make it more bearable and life does go on..... R.I.P. Bro.......

Mike here are the words of wisdom that come from the late North Carolina State Basketball Coach, Jim Valvano. "Don't Give Up . . . Don't Ever Give Up."

Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought. And number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy. But think about it. If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special."
I will be pulling for you in your battle against this terrible disease. The first thing I will do when I have purchased my next Corvette is to punch the pedal. Everytime I roll the window down I will be thinking about you and your family and how you are doing!!!
