How many?
I am doing a comparison project in english class, and I am doing it between the Z06 and the Viper GTS. I am coming along great exept for one thing, I can't find ANYWHERE info on how many 02 Z06's have been sold.I am hoping that someone might be able to help me. Does anyone know for sure how many of each have been sold? I am mostly here to get vette #'s but if you know the vipers plese help me with that to!!! PLEEZ! :cry How many 2002 Z06's have been sold sofar? JUST z06 and JUST 02. Thank you very much for any help you can give me!!!

Automotive News, a weekly trade paper, publishes production and sales figures about every month, but they might not break out the Z06 from the total Corvette number. Also, since the '02 model year is not yet built out, we don't know the total production figures, but GM production planning called for about 20 percent of Corvette production capacity to be Z06 models, and being as how total Corvette capacity is no more than about 36,000 units annually that would place maximum Z06 units at about 7200.
Viper production/sales are in the range of 1000 to 1500 per model year.
