i plan on getting headers..but i want to keep my stock cats at the moment so i want to buy 1 3/4 headers..i'am looking at kooks but there a bit pricey..which is the best bang for my buck and what performance gains would i see off headers? i currently have intake/exhaust...after my headers i'am hitting the dyno for a tune

LG, Kooks, American Racing (AR), and DynaTech all make good headers. Sometimes AR has a good sale on their stuff as does LG (check with JW Motoring on these).

vettemanjack nailed it with great company's that make headers for our cars. I purchased LG Street Series for my Z and after a dyno tune, gained 42whp 42tq

Great advice right here. They are all around the same pricewise. LG Street Series Longtubes are your best option for bang for the buck out of these brands and you can't go wrong with them. Some also like the Texas Speed Headers; they are significantly cheaper. Good Luck.
