Default Halltech Venom II's

The legendary C5 Halltech Venom is back, but now called the Halltech Venom II.

Utilizing the same design as the C6 Z06 Killer Bee II, the Venom is one of the few "zero hack" (no cutting or permanent modifications to your engine bay) Corvette C5 intakes that gives a very respectable HP bump (10-15 RWHP) and can easily be removed and the car taken back to stock.

We have them in stock, on sale, and with free shipping in the lower 48 states. We also toss in the Flow Straightener for the C5 Z06 (only car that needs it) at no additional charge...

More info with install instructions at the link below...

Corvette C5 Halltech Venom II

Thanks,

Jim

Hi Jim,

Would you mind giving me a quick explanation of the difference between the Venom II and the Killer Bee conversion for the C5. Which would be best for an otherwise stock LS6 with headers?

Thanks

It all depends how much you want to spend.....

It is double the price and in addition to the intake replacement and MAF change, you also need to do a tune.

Honestly, I have not compared them side by side but if it was me, I would just grab the low handing fruit with the intake and maybe get a tune later. The MAF change is probably not something I would do....IMO

Hey Jim,

I believe my car came with one, probably the older Venom. I noticed that the MAF is by the filter and not by the tb...is this correct, or why do you think that is?
