Sticky Stearing Wheel
The horn/airbag cover on my stearing wheel has become very sticky/tacky to the touch. I have tried cleaning it with several different products that either have no effect or make it worse.
Anyway to fix this or should I just replace the cover?

You might try a mild solution of something like Ivory soap and warm water. You also might try one of those Mr.Clean erasers....

Have you tried waiting until you get in your house to open up the Victoria Secret catalog?

This is not unique to the Corvette too. I have been looking at buying a Ferrari Maranello which has a sticky control ***** problem. It is not a cheap fix either.

Try GOOF-OFF, sticker and paint remover. I had the same problem in my wife's Mercedes on the door rest and center console, and it alleviated most of the problem and removed the gunk...........Try on a small area first.......
I attributed the problem to my wife's use of lotions on her hands and then resting them on those locations while she drove..........Told her not to put any lotion on until she got to work, so far so good.............
