Default New Interior install

Well I'm finally redoing my oh so worn out C5 seats!

I have not seen too many Firethorn Red interiors displayed on CF so I thought I should share.

Bought my seats from Leatherseats.com, Firethorn Red and Black two tone.
New seat foam came from Corvette America for the tops and heavy duty seat bottoms came from DJ Motorsports.

Ran into a broken seat bolster on the drivers seat. I'm going to fabricate my own replacement and pop rivet in place.

More interior shots:

I will post photos of the repaired bolster tomorrow.

Nice job. You're right, I haven't seen too many interiors with that color combination.

How are the seat bottom with the new foam? I know they are supposed to provider a firmer feel. Notice the difference?

That is a very nice looking interior. You chose a good color combo to go with the exterior of the car.

I just sole one on the Forum. They are available from all the vendors here for about $45.00. They fit between the floor and console.

That's not what the side bolster is supposed to look like. It appears someone else has already attempted a repair there.

Here is a pic of my 2002 with sport seats. I understand that standard seats and sport seats all look the same when naked.

Nice color combo but don't care for the colors on the C5 logo, just looks wrong to me.
Oval color and border of flags should be the same color, either black or something else.

What do you have above your radio, looks pretty good to fill in the gap?

Looks amazing How is the quality of the leather? I'm going to do this as soon as I can save up some $$ and trying to find a vendor with good quality that won't cost an arm and a leg.
