Wiring nightmare
I recently put a clutch in my 99 frc. The car did run fine until it went into closed loop. As soon as it does that the car will usually die. Once it does the ignition relay inder the hood will buzz and the check engine light will barely illuminate to the buzzing of the relay. If I disconnect the coil packs the buzzing stops.When the ignition relay buzzes it says there is not connectivity to the pcm,bcm etc... After searching for bad grounds and bad wires I pulled the torque tube and found nothing evident. Well I put the car back together and now as soon as you turn the key to the run position the high fans turn on. turn the key off and the parking brake light lights up as wll as the 1 to4 shift light.If I take the p. brake off both light s stop. I have honestly ready to give up on this car. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
also when I grounded the pcm case to the chassis it arked.
