Default Torqing the lugs

Does anyone know what the proper foot pounds is to torque the lug nuts to? I have a 2000 coupe if it matters.

From the GM repair manual.

Tighten the nuts in a criss/cross pattern to 140 N·m (100 lb ft).

I torque mine down in a criss/cross pattern at 60, 80 then 100 ft lbs.
