[Z06] C5Z traps 148mph n/a
Since 1 and 2 may be out of the question for now, you should work on clutch release, launch rpm, and tire pressure. Gears would help too.
It's a fine line.
Instead of hit tires hard, then spin, then bog, then recover.
You want initial hit slightly less, and tire spin and some clutch slip toghether, little bog and less recovery and go. Gears help this.
Another thing you can try is to have your clutch off the floor while staged as close to engagement as possible without creeping forward. This takes practice but what it does is lessen the intial hit, which will prevent that intial quick spin the bog. The less the intial hit, the less the bog, and the less the amount of recovery the car has to overcome. A gmeter datalog would show this well. You want smooth gradual acceleration from dead stop to 60 as possible like an auto.
With slicks you can be much more aggressive on the launch as they will recovery well so you can work on spinning thru the bog.
Hope this helps.
