Okay, what is up with these various oil commercials on TV that show them pouring their oil into a 2 inch fill from 2 feet in the air and not spilling a drop. Goes right in like magic. I couldn't hit that with an 8 inch funnel...! And how come theirs doesn't go Glug Glug Glug like mine?
Fortunately we have pretty easy access on the C5 to just tip it right in. But that wouldn't make for a good commercial..
Never had any probs pouring oil into any vehicle I owned... but putting the dip stick back in, now that has been a little tricky on some vehicles I have owned...

Yeah I hate it when my dip-stick comes out and I have trouble getting it back in!
Not sure about your aim, but the glug, glug, glug can be solved by turning the oil can so the flat side is up.
Saw this tip on the show Trucks! years ago w/ Stacey David... A good tip, bascially turn the jug on it's flat side, no more glug, glug, glug and it flows better!
I do this w/ all fluids (coolant, oil, etc). Works like a champ, good habit to have...
