Question-Dashboard Lighting-Temperature Display

Hello, The lighting that illuminates the temperature display on the dash of my 2002 C5 no longer works. Is this an easy fix that I can do? Or is it something I need to take into the shop? If it is something I can do could you provide some basic details on the replacement procedure? I.E. How to access the lighting, type of lighting needed etc.

There was a step by step procedure in one of the vette mags a few months ago on this very problem. I think either Vette or Corvette Fever, I will try and find the publication date. You can also try their websites for back issue topics. The article had very good pictures of the resistors that need to be soldered.

I fixed mide a couple of week ago. Pretty easy fix following these instructions.
