JET HOT or HPC are probably the two best known ceramic metallic coaters. Both have more than one plant. Contact them and find their nearest site to you to save on shipping.
When you're pricing, make sure you compare apples to apples. Get the cost for applying the product to both inside and outside (preferred) or just outside.
