Default Did the gutter guard side vent mod today.
I finally decided to do the gutter guard mod today. Went to Home Depot and picked up a piece of the metal mesh gutter guard for $1.89
and a two part epoxy setup for $3.98.
Took the wheels off, loosened up the inner fender. Made a template out of cardboard then cut the gutter guard with a pair of tin snips.
Bent the mesh into the correct position, test fitted then painted it satin black. I used some type of double sided sticky stuff to hold the piece in place until I could get it epoxied. I used the 5 minute set up epoxy, so it set quick and hard in place. I think they turned out great.

Nice job... I think it looks and it was basically a free mod that will give you personal satisifaction. Im thinking about doing this to my 97..
