why is a power brake burnout such a big deal? I use to do them in my dads big ol fake wood panel station wagon when I was a teenager.
FYI...it wasn't a power brake burnout...its a Z06 which is a manual that had a line lock installed and he was shifting through the gears...that might be why it was a big deal.

I missed it by about 15 min, bad accident on the interstate kept me away. My dad and I went through the median to do a u-turn in his 04 gto and just couldnt make it in time.

I used to do em in my beater 68 Cutlass that had 2.73 gears w/o Posi and a mix-matched 350 chevy I built for $500. I certainly hope a Z06 can do a burnout
Although it was kinda neat to see a Z06 get abused, it wasn't too impressive to see that a Z06 could actually do a burnout. Were we uncertain whether or not it was capable of such a feat?
A burnout where you're not suppose to do one is fun. A burnout in a sleeper muscle car is kinda fun. Laying down 100ft of rubber while getting sideways is even fun. But seeing a boxed in Z06 do a burnout is only neat because he damaged it.
Now this is kinda neat Has a lil showmanship to it.
