Targa top
Hey guys...I am looking into repairing or replacing my black top on the 99 coupe...It has cracks on the edges. It seems the clear tops are easily found online but not alot of the painted tops. What are my options to repair/replace this thing? I read the Thompson Astro top page and looks like they only work with the clear tops. And tips or advice?

Local shop should be able to repair the solid top for you. Occasionally a solid top comes up for sale on the parts section - if it is not the color you need, it can always be repainted.

i had mine painted to match. find a good body shop that knows what they are doing. they need to prep it correctly and know that it has "give"! the first try with mine resulted in the paint cracking and light bubbling. It was prepared better the second. should be able to get it done for 200-250. used about 3 or 4 oz of paint.
