I bought 2 kits off ebay (not PNP vendor though), one for my motorcycle (8000K) and a set for the vette (6000K) for the fogs. Both kits are warrantied and came from the same company. So far, no issues. A friend of mine who has a motorcycle shop said they were a good company as he gets them whole sale. There was a couple that he installed for his clients where the ballast failed, and the company was very prompt to react with no questions asked. I don't think you can go wrong, but if your still worried you can get them from a forum vendor such as JW who stands behind his products and is an active member here.

Cheers.

Damnit!!!

I guess I'm not current with some of the lingo

Regardless, my statement still stands, nothing wrong with HID kits on ebay as long as they come from a reputable seller.

I bought a 35W kit from a vendor with their top rating. Came with a bad ballast and a bad bulb. Vendor wouldn't respond until I got pay pal after him. Ended up getting my $ back from pay pal and trashing the HIDs. Definitly a major hassle.
It's a crap shoot on flea bay!

Ya it does happen for sure, but I think for the most part there are more good ebayers then bad...The company I dealt with was called VVME and their customer service was great.
