Not right now they don't...I searched by the part number and there is only one listing, and he only has one and wants $1.49 for it plus shipping..cheaper at the dealer.
If your talking about the little white pins that hold the door panel in place, then check out Pep Boys, Auto Zone or what ever auto parts store you have in your town. Most of them carry it.
Another option is to simply post a wanted ad in the "parts for sale" section here. Odds are that more than a few members here have a few lying around and might even just give them to you. It's worth a shot.
None of the local parts stores carry this piece. I have already checked. I also checked www.kent-automotive.com and went thru the whole catalog, nothing.

Dorman Products offers it. Their part # 700-791. Includes both the male pin and female receptacle. Don't know price but has GOT to be cheaper than dealer.

I got some at a local auto paint store. Ecklers wanted like $5 each per piece, and I got a bag with something like 10 pairs (male and female) for $4.99.

I had to check in a couple of their different catalogs to find it by application/description. The majority of that pin goes straight through that door retainer and to the best of my knowledge is the only one of that particular design GM used on door panels.
OEM number is/are 10291929/30 (male/female). Found at least 2 online sites selling the male pin itself for less than 1$ ea.
That's OK Brian......Will send them tomorrow priority mail (should get them in a couple of days).
Don't worry about the shipping, no problem.
