It doesn't come with a lug wrench. Instead of the traditional four way lug wrench, I found one made by GORILLA at the local DISCOUNT TIRE. It has two reversible sockets. The telescoping handle collapses so it takes up very little space...
Under the "lug nuts" pull down on the website, they have traditional four way and folding four way lug wrenches as well.
As to the jack, I'll assume you want something to carry in the car (?). I found an aluminum scissors jack for my car. It collapses down to about 3 1/2", weighs less than 5# and have a long cranking handle to allow for easy positioning. They came oem on Mazda RX7 and Porsche cars. On EBAY, they run about $25-50. Use keywords "porsche jack" to find more.
This is only to illustrate what I'm referring to. It's not mine...

I carry a small 4 way tire iron with a small scissor jack from a Nissan I think, It takes up very little room in the center cubby of my coupe. I also carry a small air compressor and a plug kit with assorted tools.
Here are jacking points for a C5.

Hey Mr. Bill do you us that small jack on the side points or do you jack it from front or rear cross members?

I haven't had to use it yet, But when the time comes it will be on the side jacking points, With a flat I would never be able to get to the cross member, When I change my oil at home I use a low profile floor jack on the front and rear cross members.
I've used my scissors jack on the perimeter points w/o a problem. If you're lucky, the scissors jack has a small protrusion that will just fit with minor modifications. Many of the scissors jacks collapse sufficiently to lift from the perimeter. The car will only drop the height of the tire.
If you also carry a portable air compressor (Z06 type or after market), you can add sufficient air into the tire to bring it back up to road height, then place the jack under the cross member(s). Practice doing it so you know if the time comes.
I also carry tire plugs and other tools at all times. Doing so insures that you'll never need them. Not doing so will guarantee you'll wish you had not left the tool bag in the garage/shop for the weekend cruise.

thanks. i used this diagram. finished taking wheels off and putting em back
If you read your roadside service contract most of them say they will in the event of a flat tire change it to your inflated spare tire. Has anyone had a need to test the waters? While I am here I might add that one can and I do carry some of the LEGO type leveling blocks[used for RVs] You can set them up to drive on them even with the flattened tire to get enough clearance to get a jack under the car.I got this idea after I had a flat tire while pulling a utility trailer.I found out i couldn't get the jack under the axle.I was lucky enough to find a rock that I could drive up on and then put the jack under the axle. With the blocks just set them up beside one uf your tires until you get the desired hieghth you want.Just my 2c
