Default My weekend project

Did a little project this weekend, went pretty smooth. I installed Goodridge stainless steel brake lines, flushed the brake fluid, Hawk HPS pads, and Nitto NT-05s. Planning on going autocrossing this weekend, I'll post again after the event after giving her a good workout.

Looks awesome! What sizes are the Nittos? 275/40/17 up front and 295/35/18 in the back? If so would you mind putting up pics of them once mounted on the car too. I'm thinking of doing the same combo, but was worried that the thicker sidewall on the front tire would look funny with the stock size in the back.

Thanks guys

Yep those are the sizes I got. I'll snap a couple pics later in the week. But just an FYI, I don't think they look the least bit disproportional.

a hydraulic jack would be a good buy if you do not have one already.

scissor jacks are ok for an emergency but not for everyday use.

those old bmw cycles are cool.

The car is on 4 jack stands and the hydraulic floor jack is on the other side of the car. I used the scissor jack and floor jack simultaneously to keep it level since I had the rear on the stands already.

The bikes are my resto projects, '66 and '68. My father bought them 40 years ago, and handed them down to me last summer.
