Reputable STL shops
Looking for some reputable St. Louis area shops. I did some searching but only came across good tuners. I personally have to have some transmission work done and then have a new clutch, flywheel, and remote bleeder put in. I'd love a lift but have nowhere to put it.. Just wondering who you guys use!

Stein Automotive in Belleville(1215 W.Main) has a pretty good rep for Corvette work. A buddy had quite a bit of work done there,,and I had some diagnostic work on my C5. I see vettes there on a fairly frequent basis. Might want to stop by and chat with them and see if you are comfortable with their answers,,,,not very far away!! PBJ(Performance By Joe) in St.Louis on Hampton is a tuner shop that does lots of regular work too!!

From what I understand Elco Chevy has some good mechanics too. A guy named Bill is the one most often mentioned.
