It's an amazing machine. I came from F-bodies with more HP to a vette. and I'm still impressed every time i get in my vette. even after getting out of an F-body with 50 more HP.

well i finally set my satchel down and bought my self a christmas present. a 1998 c5 black six speed! went and picked it up yesterday and already put 200 miles on it lol. never owned a corvette before and wow im amazed by the performance of this car! ive been smiling since yesterday!

thanks everybody for the congrats. its kind of a funny thing because we havent had a white christmas in polk county tennessee since 1992 and guess what! the day i got my vette it lets out about 4 inches lol 
ive been looking at it in the garage for 2 days now! anyways just a little about the car. its black 98 targa top with 80,000 miles has a full borla exhaust that sound wonderful carbon k&n intake and one more funny thing after i got it home i found a hypertech programer in the trunk!!! it made a great day even greater. any how for what i gave for the car i hope i got a good deal . ill try to load some pictures soon and btw i need some wheels for it if anybody has a deal on some with tires

Well, at least you have her. Given that you have some time before you take her out, you should do all the normal maintenance on it. Fluids, check the brakes, clean the air filter (or change it), etc... Just to make sure she's ready to go when the snow melts.
