Just as another option: I know Cajun Comeau offers a ported & polished ls6 intake + throttle body combo. I think he will credit you for yours if you send it to him (not 100% on this, but you can ask him). His porter offers the exact specs on his work as well. Cajun also has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.
I personally went with the fast 90/90 set-up (got a great deal in the for sale section). The gains weren't AMAZING, but I am planning on a H/C combo down the road. When installing the fast 90/90, we noticed a significant difference in the opening of my stock throttle body, as compared to the ls2 one we replaced it with. While I doubt it was a significant bottleneck at my power level, I am still glad I replaced it.
