Default Electric cutout?

Anyone use these?

I was thinking of putting dual electric cutouts on each pipe. but I just looked and they're priced at about 250 a piece. that's alot of money for 2 electric cutouts...

not sure what kind of gains I'd expect from it?

I've had the first gen QTEC cutouts on my M6 for years. Fun stuff and it keeps the ricers away.

Here's one I made when I swapped my GHL's in and removed the Ti's. It starts with the Ti's with the cutouts open. You can hear the cutouts open and close during the clip. The second part of the clip starts with the GHL's and the cutouts closed and then they open and close throughout the clip. I wanted to demonstrate the range the cutouts give the exhaust.
