Default Dash and Tail lights wont work.

I have no tail lights, and when I use the blinkers four-ways will flash on dash but there will be no blinkers in the front and only in the back. My dash will light up when I put my four-ways on for a second at a time. I'm really confused. I don't I did anything wrong during my stereo installation because I ran all new wires for speakers and didn't use any of the factory wires. Radio works great but the dash is not lighting up and I have the other issues I explain earlier.

The extra load might have blown some fuses. Check those first. If they are OK, I would double check the connecting harness underneath the dashboard to make sure the rear lights/brake lights are still connected.

I checked all the fuses, and since I replaced the stereo, all factory speakers and put in amps I didn't need to mess with any wires except the (yellow) constant, (black) ground and power. I don't know where else anything could've gone wrong. Any other ideas?

How did you power the new stereo and amps? Sounds like a grounding issue.

I powered the amps direct to battery and grounded to the battery. I powered the radio by tapping into the accessory power under the passenger front foot rest. The constant power worked through the harness so I didn't have to mess with. I grounded the radio and and the amps. So I don't think grounding is an issue. I don't know what else to check.

It could be a problem with the stem on the steering column. I lost my dash lights and that's where the problem was.

When my dash and tails went out, it was the multifunction stalk.

Look at fuse #4 or #6 in the passenger footwell.

^+1 I THOUGHT I checked them all went back and seen I missed 2 mini fuses. One was for the cig lighter and the other dash lights. Guess I missed it but all is good so just double check.
