is there any way to reset ecu other than taking the battery cable off? is there any fuse or something that i can pull out for few seconds and put it back in to reset ecu?

Pulling the Battery Cable takes like two seconds.. and is quicker than pulling the Master Fuse.
I don't understand how Corsa Exhaust could be causing a problem, unless it was installed incorrectly or there is a leak in the system. Resetting the ECU will not correct an exhaust problem.

How can you tell seeing you got the car with the exhaust on already?

Screwing around with the ECU isn't going to change a thing. I had a Corsa exhaust installed and we did do a thing related to the ECU or the exhaust.

i drove few other stock corvettes with stock exhaust and they have more torque at rpm below 1500.

1st I don't see much info on your Vette: So a few questions-
(1) Is your Vette a MN6 or A4?
(2) When you drove you friends Vettes were they and A4 or MN6?
(3) If your is an A4 do you know if you have the 2.73 rear gear or the Performance axlewith the 3.15 rear gear?
This will go along wa in helping us understand "HOW" to answer correctly.
(4) Have you checked the DIC for any codes? (could be another existing problem)
Resetting the PCM wont magically solve or take away any related problems. Corsa exhaust will not make you loose RWHP in the low end RPM range either!
Answers to the above questions will lead to a few more so please be patient
Thanks,Matt

So how do you measure low end torque? Seat of the pants?
Did you put them both on a dyno and compare the differences?

The exhaust system won't have that much difference. You might feel a change from stock exhaust manifold to headers and a much larger diameter pipe, and aftermarket mufflers. The Corsa system is less restrictive then the stock muffler.
If you are feeling a difference between two similar year model automatics, then you need to look elsewhere like your transmission or any of its interfaces. Remember there was a HP/Torque increase around mid-model year, so if one is an early C5 and the other a later year model, there would be part of your difference assuming the older vehicle is the one exhibiting the less powerful feeling.

What year is yours and what year is your friends?
You want to wake up that A4 with 3.15 gears, Get a Chuck CoW tune.
