Default Do you still have these ZR1 wheels on your C5

Hey-
I just came across the photos of your C5 with the gray ZR1 wheels and it looks fantastic. I have an 01 coupe and would love to know if these worked out long term.
Thanks-

Hey man, I actually never got the ZR1 wheels; I ended up going with the CCW SP505A and I am currently waiting for CCW to finish making them. I ordered the wheels through a site called Zip Corvette. They have better prices than anywhere I've seen for new products. In case it helps, I ended up going with 275/30/19 front tires and 305/30/19 rear tires. The CCW wheels are 19x10 front and 19x11 rear. I can keep you posted on how they fit and hold up once I get them if you would like, and I can post some pics too. If you have any questions or need any help, let me know. Hope you find what you need. Thanks.

Sorry Big C Dog, just replied to your PM. Guess I'm a little late since you already bought wheels.

Also I bought this "foam ice-cream-cone" cleaner gizmo that I put on the cordless drill and makes cleaning them a helluva lot easier - and the thing seems fairly durable - I thought it be shredded up after one go-round...

Bought painted replicas (18/19) from Tire Rack 3/4 years back. Called Sport ZR's IIRC. Relatively cheap and they updated the old wagon wheel look nicely. Got 'em complete with new Michs. and new sensors - the lazy man's upgrade path, just bolt 'em on, and a quick run around with the TPNS reset magnet, and you are done. And they look good on a silver car.

Back in the day when the C5 was new I saw pics of a factory test car with C4 ZR1 wheels. white car, light blue stripes. It was reported that the old C4 Z wheels made the C5 faster around the racetrack.

I tried a set on mine. They fit OK, but I didn't like them on a C5.
