Default Column Lock Bypass needed quick

Ok here is my situation.
1. I installed a double din with a sub and amp.
2. after this happened, batterie was drained slightly a few times.
3. pull key wait 10 sec. message started coming up along with service column lock.
4. when this happens, column has never ever been locked.
5. with dic messages, fuel is shut off at 2 mph
6. one time I was able to jump the car off and there was no dic messages and car drove fine.
7. I thought it may be the battery. Chevy replaced warranted acdelco batt for free.
8. This has not helped the situation at all. now service column lock shows up every time key is switched on.

9. I checked I do have the k harness and other relay by passenger footwell.
10 the k harness was not hooked up to anything on both leads.
so I tryed it. no good. I tested it with battery power. turns out it is junk. i even tryed using it with the other relay bypassed.

10 I also reset battery power for 10 min about 4 different times.

I know assume the only way to make my car go anywhere is to install the CLB and bypass or jumper the secondary relay under passenger footwell.

Here is my pickle I need to drive the car from DE to TX on saturday. I was hoping to be able to take it on a work trip for 6 weeks and have a good ride while in tx. So I need to know if anyone knows of a vendor that will overnight me a CLB or if anyone has one laying around they can help me out with.

If I am missing anything please let me know. I tried to do my homework before posting up the same questions that have already been answered.

and if anybody knows a tuner in Delaware specifically Dover that can tune out the fuel cutoff. that would fix my issues as well.

Call Corvettes of Houston and see if they can get one on it's way to you tomorrow. Be aware though, that winter snow/ice is moving into your area and will likely affect you getting it, so you need to get on the ball.

I agree.. Call Kathy at Corvettes of Houston. She is really nice and I doubt there would be a problem with an over night FedEx.. Good luck! Just wondering.. Do you really want to take the Vette in the weather that is happening lately? My C5 is tucked away for the winter and my 79 is taking up the slack.. Regardless, have a fun trip!

well looks like I found one. got it ordered from southern carparts in GA. Furthermore, I chose to take it up to Race Proven Motorsports this afternoon and have them up the 2 mph fuel shutoff and figured I'd ged a dyno tune while I was there.
Big thanx to 8VETTE7 for helping me out this morning.
